My name is Geoff Field. Please allow me to introduce myself. I was born and raised in Victoria, attending the original Oak Bay Elementary School, Monterey Elementary, Oak Bay Junior and Senior High School, and the University of Victoria. I have travelled the world but, like many others who are fortunate to have begun life in Victoria, I have chosen to stay in the "City of Gardens".
Currently, I am residing in South Oak Bay and am restoring the 1921 Craftsman Bungalow which has been the Field family home for over sixty years. I am grateful to be the father of two wonderful daughters. In my spare time I enjoy golf, tennis, fitness and cooking. I am an avid gardener and over the last few years have extensively landscaped my property.
My passion for travel has broadened my perspective on our planet and in recent years I have experienced many exhilarating moments summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, hot air ballooning over the Nile, circumnavigating Iceland, camping in the Serengetti, scuba diving in the Red Sea, the Bay of Pigs, St. Lucia and the Persian Gulf, and four wheel driving across the desert in North Africa.
